FundaciónINTRAS is a non-profit organization founded in 1994 dedicated to the social-health care of people with mental health diseases and elderly people as well as to develop high quality research and development on Brain Sciences. Years of professional work have brought INTRAS solid experience and excellent referential background both in the field of European projects and in development of new technologies for cognitive rehabilitation, intervention and treatment. The organization consists of 8 centers in 3 different provinces of the Region of Castilla y León in Spain with over 100 psychiatrists, psychologists and professionals in social, health and economic fields.

INTRAS has participated in more than 300 National and European projects being coordinator or partner. Regarding the European R&D& Innovation programmes INTRAS has taken part in the HEALTH PROGRAMME, IV, VI and VII FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME, COMPETITIVENESS AND INNOVATION PROGRAMME (CIP ICT PSP), and cooperation projects with Latin America (IBEROEKA). INTRAS also has an extensive experience in running projects in the social-health and educational domain in European programmes such as EQUAL, INTERREG (IIIA, IIIB, IVA and IVB), SOCRATES, LIFELONG LEARNING PROGRAMME, DAPHNE, CITIZENSHIP, PROGRESS and YOUTH.

Within the R&D&I area, INTRAS promotes research, development, scientific and market validation, and innovation on new technologies to be applied to the social-health care domain. It is made up of a team of engineers, clinical psychologists and researchers who work together in order to develop ICT based solutions and evaluate their feasibility, efficacy and effectiveness to improve the quality of life of elderly people, people with mental health diseases, disabled and dependent people, and their caregivers. 

Energy Service Company (E.S.Co) acting in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency, home automation, social health and social care.

GREENERG is an interconnection tie between the citizen requests and the offer of public and private suppliers; it can integrate, socially and technologically, energy-efficient services, home automation for elderly and disabled people. 

The main objective of the Wellbeing and Energy Efficiency in Living – Applying the demand and user-driven open innovation methodology for creating wellbeing and energy savings project (“HEA-project”) is to develop demand and user-driven solutions and services in order to promote elderly people’s wellbeing and energy efficient lifestyle.

One aim is to tap into the understanding of customer needs in the wellbeing field along with expertise related to the application of high technology.

The project develops new services and solutions that promote:

- wellbeing and functioning of the elderly

- cost and energy efficiency of living

- sustainable development

HEA-project is an umbrella for six subprojects which all include piloting of the developed solutions.

The project is coordinated by Metropolia University of applied sciences. The other partners are Aalto University’s CKIR unit, Green Net Finland, Arcada, Kymenlaakso, Laurea, Saimaa and Turku universities of applied sciences and Lappeenranta University of Technology.

Health Innovation and Tourism Cluster ”Health Resorts of the Pearls of Eastern Poland”.

This cluster contributes to the development of the Eastern Poland macro-region by exploiting the potentials of enterprises and towns as well as health resorts and communes, thanks to competitive cooperation (coopetition). Competitive cooperation of entities within the framework of a cluster, thanks to the synergy effect, facilitates access to resources (materials, services, technologies and information), enables mutual complementation in realization of certain functions, helps in learning, and contributes to the increase of competitiveness, innovativeness and prestige of the entities within the clusters.

IDEA soc. coop. was founded in 2007 by three young students of the Faculty of Engineering who, supported by a university professor, in 2006 won the regional competition eCapital aimed at the promotion of new business ideas. In May 2007, after having started the paperwork for the creation of a spin-off, a cooperative company is issued with its registered office at the Department DIIGA Polytechnic University of Marche.

IDEA is an Engineering Company for the Integrated Design and Development of Intelligent Systems for Home Automation, Industry and Services. Specifically, the company's objective is the development, manufacture and marketing of systems hardware and software for innovative and technologically advanced solutions in the ICT sector, with applications aimed at the home automation sector, industrial, civil and security system, industrial production, environmental and energy services. Thanks to the presence in the social structure of experts with different formations as well as a university professor, IDEA is characterized as innovation-oriented society becoming a natural bridge between the industrial Marche network (consisting mainly of small and medium enterprises) and the university, making research and development. The particular legal form of IDEA allows the company to closely identify in its members and for this reason the company is composed of people who have an active role in the company itself being able to support clients and providing a set of activities varied and tailored to the specific needs of innovation.
