Scalable care- and entertainment services for mature adults

SmartVisio Ltd develops and sells comprehensive and fully scalable platform solution which delivers care, entertainment and communication services for the mature adults. Market opportunity is huge, as many western markets will have almost 30% of their population being mature adults (>65 years of age) by 2030. Mature adults want to, and are encouraged to, remain active and living in their own homes as long as possible instead of becoming institutionalized in nursery homes.

SmartVisio solution includes a 2-way video solution which allows communication, remote medical diagnostics, advisory and monitoring services as well as user-specific reminder services. Solution can also provide customized content for the mature adults (such as gymnastic sessions, community services and remote care services) depending on their needs. Standard broadcasting, video- on-demand and audio library services are supported and solution can be easily integrated to existing patient record systems, diagnostic systems and remote monitoring systems.

Compared to other single-purpose or closed systems, SmartVisio brings multiple services into one scalable service platform, allowing easy and customized delivery of services based on the needs of the users. Each user pays only for the services he or she needs. Adding new services to the system is simple. System is easy to use and the user interface has been designed for the mature adults, and it is controlled and used through standard interfaces such as TV remote controller or mobile interfaces.

SmartVisio enables the mature adults to prolong their active lives and remain living in their own safe and beloved homes much longer - bringing better quality of life and enjoyable content for them, peace of mind for their loved ones along with easy ability for daily communications with them, and tangible cost savings for the society - the monthly fee for the service is merely the cost of a single visit by a nurse.

The company has been established during the fall of 2012 and has a very experienced team, utilizing experience and technology from previous ventures and having already started deployments of the solution with happy customers using the solution on a daily basis.
