Aethra® Telecommunications is the commercial brand used by A TCL srl, an italian company which was born in 2009 as a result of the acquisition of the telecommunication business of Aethra S.p.A.. A world leader in the telecommunication market and with a forty-year experience in the reference sector, the company develops, produces and markets advanced and high performance access network devices as well as solutions for the operators (A TLC is the supplier of the 4 main national telephone operators). The product line addresses both the market of CPE for the SoHo/SMx sector (VoIP routers for xDSL networks and fiber), and the one of infrastructures for the FTTCab and FTTB/H scenarios.

Furthermore, A TLC is currently investing in several R&D projects concerning Innovation Health and Ambient Assisted Living (amongst which the development of an M2M platform for the remote monitoring of chronic patients). The company has developed specific expertise for the implementation of smart objects and wireless platforms for integration and interoperability to connect with the environment and with the outside world. Moreover, as part of a research project (EcoG), A TLC has partnered with AB Medica for the development of a smart intracranial device (brain computer device) for the ‘acquisition and monitoring of bioelectric signals from the brain’; it is an innovative and advanced system because of signal transmission/brain impulses via wireless.

Our mission is to provide  telemedicine    solutions to the European market  thanks to the  experience and  knowhow, acquired in  international  telemedicine projects. ·         Neurology network, Centro Neurolesi “Bonino-Pulejo” Messina Objective is to provide patients suffering Sclerosis and other invalidating neurological pathologies with home care services

·         elderly summer Home care project developed in 2007 together with EuropAssistance  to provide home care assistance to elderly and weak persons, in  summer, when heat becomes the most dangerous item for elderly wellness.

·         Mobile Emergency Video Assistance   providing  Videocommunication links between rescue mobile units and A&E medical centre, to assist and support emergency crews  activities.

·         Remote Medical assistance In cooperation with the city of Milan ADiTech  telemedicine  terminal  including wireless  medical devices have been installed to provide remote visits and  video-examination to homeless and social misfit communities .

·         Elderly cardiology surveys  :The support of INRCA (Italian Institute for elderly) has allowed to develop a special mobile briefcase for cardiology disease  monitoring including video communication and vital parameters such as ECG, Blood pressure SpO2 and digital stethoscope.

·         Inner Hospital Cardiology services  similar  home care approach was used for provisioning of  inter-hospital cardiology services to departments not having a cardiology team.  Presently  used in Ancona regional Hospital- Italy

·         Wellness and sports monitoring  Cooperation with sport and fitness  teams to provide live measurements and remote monitoring of athletes physiological parameters. This approach allows to gather live vital parameters and to improve athletes performances and predict  sport injuries.    

SPES is a research&design company based in Italy specialised in electronic devices design. Operative in multiple markets and focused on innovation, SPES is gaining competencies in the Assistive Technologies especially regarding Connectivity, Portable and Wearable Devices, Environmental sensors and cross compatibility between multiple buses and protocols. SPES workforce (90) is mainly composed by engineers and software and hardware developers.

GREENERG is an interconnection tie between the citizen requests and the offer of public and private suppliers; it can integrate, socially and technologically, energy-efficient services, home automation for elderly and disabled people. 

SVIM (RDA 100% share owned by the Region) represents Marche Region’s centre of competence to transform programs for local development into EU and international projects.

It has a staff structure with about 30 consultants covering all phases of project cycle.

SVIM, since the beginning of its activities in 1999, has worked in UE Programmes with particular attention for the local development: social, economic and cultural development. It has worked since 2001 with about 400 EU, CBC and international Partners and it has managed more than 40 millions of Euros of budget implementing projects.

The mission undertaken by SVIM results from the role it was assigned by the Regional system. SVIM has a key role in working in partnership with local public and private stakeholders, Universities and CITTs and in concertation with the regional Administration, to deliver the strategic goals outlined in plans, programs and guidelines; in executive planning of initiatives for the improvement and support of the regional productive structure; in assisting the progressive internationalization process as undergone by the regional productive structure; in planning and support for the implementation of relevant initiatives under EC competences.

Given these roles, SVIM core strategy is focused on European and International projects: SVIM implements the development of the regional economy, supporting Regional planning and the activities of the regional Authority, working in synergy with the local economic actors operating within the territory, enterprises and universities through the elaboration of local, European and international projects, in compliance with regional guidelines for the improvement and support of the regional productive structure.
